NOTICE TO VILLAGE OF BERWYN RESIDENTS

Re: Year-End Tax and Utility Payments

Dear Residents,

This is a reminder that all outstanding municipal taxes must be paid by December 31, 2025. Any unpaid balances after this date will be subject to an 18% penalty, in accordance with Village Bylaws.

Please be advised that the Village Office will be CLOSED from December 23, 2025, to January 2, 2026 for the holiday season. This means residents will have until Monday, December 22, 2025, to make any in-person tax or utility payments before the office closes.

Payments may still be made during the closure through the following methods:

• Online banking (where available)

• Mailed cheques (please allow sufficient delivery time)

• The drop box located at the Village Office front entrance

If you have any questions regarding your account or payment options, please contact the Village Office before December 22.
