Public Works Appreciation Week

May 17 - 23 is Public Works Appreciation Week, and the Village of Berwyn would like to recognize the important work Del and Cole do for the community throughout the year.

From handling maintenance and repairs to addressing seasonal challenges and day-to-day operations, their work helps keep the community running smoothly. In a village like Berwyn, a two-person team often wears many hats, and their dedication, pride in their work and commitment to the community are truly appreciated.

Public Works staff play an important role in the day-to-day functioning of the Village, often working behind the scenes in all weather conditions to help ensure roads, infrastructure and public spaces are maintained and operating as they should.

Residents are encouraged to give Del and Cole a honk, wave or stop to say thank you if they see them out and about this week.
