Notice of Public Hearing

Council has given first reading to Bylaw 725, a proposed amendment to the Village of Berwyn Land Use Bylaw. The amendment would create a Direct Control District and rezone Lot 13, Block 4, Plan 1090CL from General Residential to Direct Control.

A Public Hearing on Bylaw 725 will be held on: Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 5:30 pm Location: Village Office Council Chambers

Members of the public are invited to attend and provide input.
