Free Exercise Program for Seniors

A FREE exercise program is starting March 3 and will run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. until March 31 at the Berwyn Golden Age Drop-In Centre.

The Berwyn Active & Connected Seniors Program is designed for adults 55+ to build strength, boost wellness, and support active aging in a welcoming environment with instructor Sydney Hiebert. Pre-register by calling Grimshaw Community Services at 780-332-4005 ext. 03.

Family and Community Support Services programming for the Village of Berwyn, such as this, is organized and provided by the Town of Grimshaw Community Services Department, with the Village providing annual funding for this service.
