Any persons claiming to be affected by this decision may appeal to the Clerk, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, P.O. Box 450, Berwyn, Alberta, T0H 0E0. Such an appeal shall be in writing stating grounds for the appeal and delivered personally or by registered mail no later than 21 Days from the Date of Decision to the Village of Berwyn Development Officer. An Application fee of $150.00 per appeal shall apply.

Pursuant to section 685(3) of the Municipal Government Act, no appeal lies in respect of a development permit for a permitted use, unless the provisions of the Land Use Bylaw were relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted.
