1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Village of Berwyn invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the Demolition and Removal Services of several unoccupied mobile homes. The purpose of this request for proposal is to obtain cost estimates and details on how the homes will be disposed of.
2.0 PROPOSAL PROCEDURES
A. PROPOSAL RESPONSE Interested parties are requested to submit a comprehensive proposal addressing the requirements outlined in this Request for Proposal. The proposal should include details on the demolition process, disposal methods, timeline, and cost breakdown.

3.0 GENERAL INFORMATION
A. THE VILLAGE The Village of Berwyn is located off Highway 2, south of Grimshaw. More information about the village can be found at www.berwyn.ca.
B. SITE DETAILS The mobile homes to be demolished are located at 5118-49 Ave. and 4702-50 Ave. The contractor is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for the demolition.
C. TIMELINE The demolition and removal project must be completed by August 1st 2024.
4.0 SUMMARY OF SERVICES REQUIRED
The selected contractor will be responsible for the following:
Demolition of [number] unoccupied mobile homes.

5.0 CONTRACT TERMS
